Design Review Board
The Mill
Creek City Council is currently seeking three volunteers to serve on the
Design Review Board. Letters of interest should be submitted by
August 26, 2010.
The Design Review Board reviews and acts on the following matters:
all applications requiring building permits except detached single-family residences,
• landscape plans, site design and all other matters as specified in Chapter 17.34 MCMC,
• sign permits as specified in Chapter 17.26 MCMC,
• design of landscaping for city right-of-way, medians, entrances, and other public
facilities and city-owned properties.
The Design Review Board is authorized to develop expanded and/or review criteria and
forward its recommendation for adoption by the City Council.

Board members shall be from the professions of architecture, landscape architecture,
urban (design) planning, or similar disciplines and need not be residents of the City.
Meets the third Thursday of each month at 5:15 p.m. at Mill Creek City Hall.
