    October 24, 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ City Hall

    Regular meetings of the Mill Creek City Council shall be held on the first, second and fourth Tuesdays of each month commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Mill Creek Council Chambers located at 15728 Main Street, Mill Creek, Washington. Your participation and interest in these meetings are encouraged and very much appreciated. We are trying to make our public meetings accessible to all members of the public. If you require special accommodations, please call the City Clerk at (425) 921-5732 three days prior to the meeting. The City Council may consider and act on any matter called to its attention at such meetings, whether or not specified on the agenda for said meeting. Participation by members of the audience will be allowed as set forth on the meeting agenda or as determined by the Mayor or the City Council.

    Duties and Responsibilities: . The Planning Commission shall have all of the powers and perform each and all of the duties specified by Chapter 35A.63 RCW, together with any other duties or authority that may hereafter be conferred upon it by the laws of the state of Washington. . The Planning Commission shall prepare a comprehensive plan for anticipating and influencing the orderly and coordinated development of land and building uses of the City of Mill Creek and its environs. . The Planning Commission shall conduct public hearings on all proposed regulations concerning the use of land in the City of Mill Creek or amendments to existing regulations and shall make recommendations for appropriate action on such proposed land use regulation to the City Council.

  1. Operation Gratitude Collection Drive

    October 2 - November 1

    The City of Mill Creek is partnering with Operation Gratitude to send care packages to deployed soldiers. Operation Gratitude sends more than 100,000 care packages each year to deployed troops and wounded warriors. From October 2nd through November 1st, donate your care package items at Mill Creek City Hall, Silver Firs Elementary or Cedar Wood Elementary.     Celebrate Halloween at the Mill Creek Library. Play games, enjoy snacks, and check out scary books. There will be a costume contest, so get creative! Space is limited, so please preregister. Snacks provided by Friends of the Mill Creek Library. Attendee must be between the ages of 12 Years and 18 Years old.

  3. Trunk or Treat

    October 31, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @ City Hall North Parking Lot

    City of Mill Creek will co-sponsor with Canyon Creek Church members to host the Annual Trunk or Treat Event featuring a parking lot full of cars – whose trunks will be decorated and filled with candy and goodies. Children go from car to car “trunk-or-treating.” This event provides a safe environment for children and their families who wish to trick-or-treat. A great community event for parents to enjoy a little social time, while keeping an eye on their trick-or-treaters. Children ages 12 and under are invited to join the FUN! Remember to bring your own bag for collecting candy.
