Two Employees Recognized for 10 Years of Service to City of Mill Creek


Two City employees were recognized for their years of service at the Mill Creek City Council meeting.

Tracy Dyson was has been a public works maintenance worker with the City for 10 years, and is a knowledgeable staff member. His many duties include preparing and executing community events, cleaning City parks, caring for landscapes and repairing signage around Mill Creek.

“Tracy gets the job done,” said City of Mill Creek Public Works Supervisor Nathan Beagle. “He is always willing to do whatever is asked of him and adds great value to the City’s Public Works team.”

Outside of work, Dyson enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also plays in bands and enjoys experiencing music venues. He is an active snowboarder and extreme sports enthusiast. The Dysons enjoy traveling and visiting Australia and New Zealand together.

Public Works maintenance worker Missy Harbison was also recognized for her 10 years of service. She is the most experienced street sweeper operator in the Public Works department.

“Missy is always willing to do whatever is asked of her when it comes to work,” said Beagle. “She has been sweeping city streets, trimming trails, cleaning parks, caring for landscapes, and repairing signage around the City for 10 years and we want to acknowledge her tremendous effort over the last decade.”

Missy enjoys spending time with friends. She also enjoys being outdoors, and loves fishing and hunting with her sons and fiancé.
