Finance Director
The Finance Department provides financial and administrative support in
accounting, budgeting, treasury, debt management, risk
management, and information technology to City departments and the citizens
of Mill Creek. The Finance team is committed to providing timely and
accurate financial information and a high level of service to our
customers.
Audited Financial Statement
The Finance Department
prepares an annual financial report in accordance with the Washington State Budget and Reporting
System (BARS). The financial report is audited annually by the
Washington State Auditor's Office. Audit Reports can
be found on the
State Auditor's website at
www.sao.wa.gov,
Choose: Reports, then Audit Report Search and select Local Government, City/Town, and Mill Creek.
City Budget
The 2011-2012 biennial budget was adopted by the City Council on December
14, 2010. The 2011-2012 final budget book is available in the Related Links
section of this page.
