The Human Resources Division is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of a top-quality workforce for the City of Mill Creek. Human Resources recruits, screens, and assists with hiring of applicants based upon the requirements for the position. The department also works closely with the Civil Service Commission to ensure a fair and equitable hiring and promotion process in the police department.
