Lateral Police Officer

Requirements for Lateral Police Officer

• Worked for at least 12 months as a full-time, commissioned, police officer within the last 36 months, for a city, county or state law enforcement agency, OR
• Worked for at least 12 months as a full-time, general authority Washington peace officer, as defined by Washington state law, within the last 36 months; OR
• Currently employed with the City of Mill Creek as a Police Support Officer ("PSO"), have been in that position for the last 24 continuous months, and meet the requirements of state and local law for the position of police officer.

Salary & Benefits (Effective January 1, 2011)

• $4,779 - $5,951 (salary placement depends on experience)
