Fingerprinting

 

Fingerprinting services are available from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Valid proof of identity is required.  Fees: $15 for the first card for non-residents; $10 for the first card for residents of Mill Creek; $7.50 for each additional card. 

 

Public Records Requests and Police Reports

 

You may use the Public Records Request Form to submit a records request. Return it in

person, via email (policerecords@cityofmillcreek.com), or mail it to the Mill Creek Police

Department Records, 15728 Main Street, Mill Creek, WA 98012.

 

Once your request is received, the Records Division will respond within five (5) business

 days (RCW 42.56.520).

Registered Sex Offenders

 

The Mill Creek Police Department works cooperatively with the Snohomish County

Sheriff's Office to provide the community with information pertaining to registered

sex offenders. You may view information about registered sex offenders by visiting

the Snohomish County Sheriff's  website.

Police Clearance Letter

You may obtain a Police Clearance Letter by appearing in person with picture
identification. The fee for this service is $5.00. Please note that a check for criminal
history is conducted for incidents occurring within the city limits of the City of Mill
Creek only. If you require a state-wide records check, contact the Washington State Patrol.

Dog Licenses

 

To obtain a dog license, complete the Annual Dog License Application. You may submit

your application for your dog license by either in person or via mail. Proof of rabies

vaccination is required for a license.  Licenses are not required for cats.

 

Concealed Pistol License Application

 

Applications for Concealed Pistol Licenses (CPL) are accepted during normal business

hours. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be a United States citizen residing

within the city limits of the City of Mill Creek or be a non-resident of the State of Washington.

Applications are available at the Mill Creek Police Department and must be completed

for new, renewal, late renewal, and replacement licenses. Payment of fees are payable

upon application and are non-refundable. Licenses are valid for five (5) years from the

date of issue. Fingerprints are required for new licenses and are processed only during

normal business hours.

 

Applicants may also apply for Concealed Pistol Licenses at the county offices in which

they live.

 

Concealed Pistol License fees:

New license    $55.25

Renewal           $32 (within 90 days prior to expiration)

Late renewal   $42 (within 90 days after expiration)

Replacement   $10 (lost or stolen)

 

The Mill Creek Police Department has 30 days in which to process the application.

Most applications are normally processed within 14 days and mailed to the address

provided by the applicant. Additional information may be obtained at the

Washington State Department of Licensing website.

Parking Tickets

 

If you received a parking ticket and would like to pay via phone, you can do so with

either a Visa or MasterCard by calling either (425) 745-6175.

Tickets can also be paid in person during normal police business hours.

 

Request a Vacant House Check

 

The Mill Creek Police Department offers a Vacant House Check service. House checks

are done primarily by volunteers and are done solely to the extent that time and

personnel are available. Vacant House Checks are not to be used as a substitute for

your own security measures. To request a vacant house check while you are out of

town fill out a Vacant House Check Form and return it in person, by mail, or email: policerecords@cityofmillcreek.com.

Property (Including Lost & Found)

 

Property may be held in evidence because it is, or may be, evidence in a criminal case, for
safekeeping, or because it was turned in or found in the city and the owner is not known.
If the property is being held as evidence in a criminal case, approval from the City Attorney or Prosecuting Attorney may be required prior to releasing property to the owner. Property is
released only to the legal owner and by appointment only. To make an appointment,
