Facilities Maintenance

Facilities Maintenance is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City Hall building and grounds and the Public Library building and grounds.  Operation and maintenance includes HVAC systems, building upkeep and repairs, landscaping improvements and maintenance, and janitorial contract services.
