An ordinance of the City of Mill Creek, Washington, adopting technical and substantive amendments to provisions of Mill Creek Municipal Code Title 17 related to electric vehicle infrastructure.

 

Administrative Interpretations

 

The Director of Community Development has issued the following Administration Interpretations providing clarification on the intent of the Mill Creek Municipal Code, where necessary.  It is likely that these interpretations will be codified in conjunction with a future Code Amendment.
