The good news - There are many of you who would like to rent a plot in a community garden, nearly 100 individuals/families in the Mill Creek area.
The not-so-good news - The City has been unable to locate a suitable garden site in time to be ready for the upcoming growing season. We will continue to look for locations so that a community garden could possibly be up and running by Spring 2011.
Over the past nine months, the City of Mill Creek has invited interested gardeners to contact us if they might like to participate in a Community Garden/Pea Patch program, so that we could get an idea of the interest level in our community.
