HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mill Creek City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2010.  The purpose of the hearing is to update the existing Capital Facilities Plan for the planning period of 2011 to 2017.

A copy of the City of Mill Creek 2011-2017 Capital Facilities Plan is filed with the City Clerk and available for review at City Hall.  Any person desiring to present testimony may do so at the above described hearing or may submit comments in writing to the City Clerk prior to the hearing.
