13407 35th Avenue SE Preliminary Plat (Planned Area Development) application to subdivide 1.26 acres into ten single-family attached lots.  Public Hearing 5/9 - Hearing Examiner decision anticipated 5/23/18.
 Mill Creek Elementary Conditional Use Permit     3400 148th St SE A proposal to allow the placement of one (1) new portable classroom on the site to accommodate students and staff for the 2018 school year. The proposed portable is one-story in height and 28 feet by 32 feet in size, is ADA accessible and would be sited east of Building D. 
Mill Creek Park Vista 9th Ave SE and 164th St SE Proposal to construct a new business and industrial park complex, Mill Creek Park Vista. The complex will consist of an 84-stall parking lot with landscaping and lighting to serve three buildings on three separate lots; Building A on Lot 1- 14,500 square feet of commercial day care use; Building B on Lot 2 - 10,060 square feet of office and warehouse uses; and Building C on Lot 3 - 6,440 square feet of office use. A 5-foot wide asphalt trail within the Penny Creek buffer that connects to the Clock Tower Self Storage site will be constructed as well as a monument sign for the complex. In addition, three enclosed dumpsters are proposed within the parking lot. Design Review Board approval received on January 21, 2016. Final BSP issued 10/12/16. Currently Under Construction.

 3830 132nd Street SE A mixed-use development comprised of ten buildings on approximately 17 acres.  The proposed development consists of 382 residential units (356 apartment units and 26 live/work units) totaling approximately 344,720 square feet. Proposed commercial space totals approximately 68,600 square feet of retail space and 16,600 square feet of medical offices. This development includes a total of 1,119 parking stalls (472 surface spaces and 647 spaces in parking garages), along with stormwater facilities, public plazas and open spaces with landscaping and walking paths.  Access to the site will a new public road connection to 132nd Street SE (SR 96) at the signalized intersection at 39th Avenue SE.
