Are you interested in working with the City for a public project?
1.  To sign a contract with the City for a public project, you must have a current business license with the City of Mill Creek.

The City participates in the State Business Licensing Service partnership.  To apply for a business license, go to the Department of Revenue (DOR) business page.  The Mill Creek business license fee schedule can be found here.

2.  We recommend you register your business on the appropriate roster(s) with MSRC.  We use the MSRC roster for Small Works and professional services procurements.
To learn more information and register your business, go to mrscrosters.org.

3.  Go to the Builder's Exchange of Washington website to view City of Mill Creek public works projects that are being advertised for competitive bidding.
The City posts the bid documents on the website Builder's Exchange of Washington.  Builder's Exchange of Washington compiles and shares a planholders' list that includes the names addresses of contractors who register to download a specific project bid's plans, specifications, and associated documents.
