BOARD OF APPEALS / ADJUSTMENT VACANCIES The City of Mill Creek is seeking a volunteer to fill one vacancy on the Board of Appeals / Adjustment. The volunteer position is for a three-year terms, which will expire on April 30, 2010. The Board of Appeals / Adjustment meetings are held on an ad-hoc basis. The volunteer must be qualified by experience and training to pass upon matters pertaining to building construction and other pertinent matters. It is the policy of the City Council to avoid appointing individuals to the board who are engaged in a business relating to building construction or design when a substantial portion of the individual's projects are located in the City.
