2006 Financial Statement The Finance Department also prepares an annual financial report in accordance with
Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (GAAP) and the Washington State Budget
and Reporting System (BARS). The financial report is audited annually by the
Washington State Auditor's Office. The Audit Report for 2006 can be found on the
State Auditor's website.
