  Accounts Payable audits invoices, processes checks for payment and answers vendor inquiries. 
   
• Cable TV Franchise
  The Finance Department assists in the review, negotiation and management of franchise agreements. The City and Comcast, Inc., completed the renewal of the cable franchise agreement in 2006. The current franchise expires May 1, 2016.
   
• Claims & Risk Management
  The Finance Department coordinates claims and risk management activities in conjunction with Washington Cities Insurance Authority (WCIA).
   
• Payroll & Benefits    (425) 921-5731
  Payroll processes and maintains employee wages, benefits and deductions.
  
  The City has 60 full-time positions and 9 regular part-time positions plus some seasonal part-time positions.
   
• Surface Water Utility Invoices     (425) 921-5734
  Finance coordinates with Surface Water Utility staff in annual surface water billing, collecting and customer inquiries.
   
• Network Administration
  The Finance Department provides oversight of the City's computer network and technology needs.
