Memorial Boards

The City is expanding the Memorial Day Reverse Parade to  incorporate Memorial Boards to remember and recognize local military members from the community. Families and loved ones have submitted a Memorial Board to remember and recognize local military members from the community. The Boards will be displayed in the windows of local businesses through the Memorial Day weekend (Friday, May 28 to Monday, May 31) and at the City’s Reverse Parade for the community to read the stories about those who served.

Memorial Board Locations in Mill Creek Town Center:

The Reverse Parade will take place Monday, May 31 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Main Street between 155th Street and 153rd Street. A list of display locations will be provided prior to the Memorial Day. Additional event details here.
The Memorial Boards illustrate the rich history of our country’s service men and women. The Board is an opportunity for loved ones to share the pride and patriotism of the service member.

The Memorial Board content that is provided by the Submitter will be assembled by City Staff and displayed on a foam board the size of 20”x30”.
