The Mill Creek Parks & Recreation's Winter brochure will be mailed as an insert in the Mill Creek Living Magazine. If you do not receive a copy of the Mill Creek Living Magazine in the mail, there are other locations around the community where you can pick up a Recreation Guide, and you can also view the Recreation Guide Online!

The Registration Form is available on this site by opening the file using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

	Complete the registration form and mail or deliver form and payment to the City of Mill Creek. Faxed registration forms are accepted if credit card information is included on the registration form.
	CLASSES WITH INSUFFICIENT REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CANCELED. (Sign Up Early)
