The Mill Creek Parks & Recreation's Winter brochure will be mailed as an insert in the Mill Creek Living Magazine.  If you do not receive a copy of the Mill Creek Living Magazine in the mail, there are other locations around the community where you can pick up a Recreation Guide, and you can also view the Recreation Guide Online

Complete the registration form and mail or deliver form and payment to the City of Mill Creek. Faxed registration forms are accepted if credit card information is included on the registration form.
