Mill Creek Skate Park |
The Mill Creek Sports Park was opened for public use in
January 2004.
The park (situated on a 5 acre parcel) includes an artificial
turf Little League field (with dirt pitchers mound and base
sliding area cutouts), a modified soccer field and a skate park.
The 10,000 square foot Skate Park is a combination of a skate
bowl and several street features to offer a quality skating
experience for a variety of skaters.
The site includes a two story building that has restrooms, a
concession stand and field announcer’s area. The use of brick
and a roof line that is designated with similar architectural
features were used that are a signature of other city parks to
distinguish the facilities as a city park.
