35th Avenue Mixed Use Binding Site Plan

The Binding Site Plan proposes a mixed use project with a 14,027 square foot building footprint on a 1.02 acre site.  The applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the 35 foot wide roadway buffer. The total building square footage will be 70,343 square feet and is proposed to be four stories with retail and parking on the main floor with three levels of residential units above and one level of parking below.  A Category III wetland is located off-site northeast of the site and no buffer impacts are proposed. Access to the site is proposed from 35th Avenue SE.
