The Farm - Overview
The proposed project entails over 100,000 square feet of retail/commercial uses, and 355 residential apartments on approximately 17 acres. The site plan includes 1,197 parking stalls (435 surface spaces and 762 spaces in parking garages), along with stormwater facilities, public plazas and open spaces with landscaping and walking paths. For access to the site, the developer will build a new public road connection to 132nd Street SE (SR 96) at the signalized intersection at 39th Avenue SE.
