Virtual Programming - Fall/winter Recreation Guide

Fall/Winter Recreation Guide Offers All Virtual Programming
Posted on 08/19/2020

MILL CREEK, Wash. – The City of Mill Creek Recreation department has created its Fall & Winter Recreation Guide for 2020-2021. Residents will notice that all of the offerings inside are virtual classes being offered online. There will be no in person programming for the duration of this guide, which runs through March 2021.

City Manager, Michael Ciaravino stated, “We are excited as a city to offer a wide variety of virtual programs to our community during this uncertain time. With educational, athletic, and music classes, there is something for everyone in our new recreation guide.”

As all programming is going virtual, this means that the Mill Creek Youth Basketball League has been cancelled. This program will be a candidate to return at a later date, but requires Everett School District facilities to operate. The District has stated once students return for 100% instruction in school, community use may resume.

Registration for classes in the Fall & Winter 2020-2021 recreation guide will start on August 31 at 9:00 a.m. Please visit cityofmillcreek.com/register to view all programs.

Physical copies of the recreation guide will be included as an insert in the next issue of Mill Creek Living magazine. The Mill Creek Living magazine will be mailed to homes starting September 2.
