Mill Creek Launches New Requests and Feedback Site for Community Members

Community members seeking to provide the City of Mill Creek with feedback or to raise concerns will now do so with a new online Response Center, www.cityofmillcreek.com/responsecenter.

In addition to submitting requests and feedback, users can click on a map to identify a specific issue location, and can attach multiple images and documents to their request. The new tool features a map showing recent service requests, enabling community members to identify if an issue has already been raised and to see the City’s response to such issues.

“The tool is mobile friendly, which makes it really easy to report an issue you might stumble across while out and about,” said Joni Kirk, director of communications and marketing. “When using a mobile device, users can take pictures or video from the tool and upload them to the request.”

Upon submission of the request, users will be given a reference number that they can use to track progress on the request.

The new Response Center is populated with frequently asked questions, which will grow over time; as people identify topics, the site will suggest related FAQs that may help resolve questions.

Requests submitted using the City’s previous tool have been migrated to the new Response Center. However, users will need to register on the new site to submit new requests and track updates.

The new Response Center is part two of the City’s website overhaul, which has transpired over the last year.
