The City of Mill Creek and local partners will host many family-friendly and community-focused events through June. From egg hunts for kids of all ages and wine walks, to Memorial Day events honoring members of the U.S. Armed Forces, Mill Creek has something for everyone.

Flashlight Egg Hunt
March 23
6 p.m.
Heatherwood Middle School, 1419 Trillium Blvd. SE, Mill Creek
The Flashlight Egg Hunt is for youth in sixth through twelfth grades. The egg hunt is in the dark gym filled with lots of candy scattered across the gym floor, along with sponsor prizes and swag. Students should bring a flashlight and a bag to collect goodies. Student ID and a signed waiver (available online) are required. www.millcreektourism.com/flashlightegghunt

Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt
March 31
10:30 a.m.
The outdoor Eggstravaganza Egg Hunt includes bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals, age-appropriate egg hunts and a special visit from the Easter Bunny. The egg hunt for kids ages one through four begins at 11 a.m., and the egg hunt for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade begins at 11:30 a.m. Participants should bring a basket to collect eggs. Town Center Wine Walk

Day of Hope

Memorial Day Commemorative Ceremony

Veterans Monument at Library Park, 15429 Bothell Everett Hwy, Mill Creek
The City’s Memorial Day Commemorative Ceremony kicks off the Memorial Day events in Mill Creek and includes laying an honorary wreath, patriotic songs by the Mill Creek Chorale, a flag raising ceremony, and more. www.millcreektourism.com/memorialday

Memorial Day Parade

Japanese Flower Arranging Exhibition and Show

This free event showcases more than 25 traditional Ikebana fresh flower arrangements, and is the perfect outing for as summer flowers start to appear.

Garden Tour

Run of the Mill

Main Street in Mill Creek Town Center
The Run of the Mill is a 5K (3.1 mile) race and is the longest-standing annual event in Mill Creek. The Run of the Mill’s primary focus is to raise money for local charities.
