  A Preliminary Plat application to subdivide 3.2 acres located at 23rd Lane SE and 132nd Street SE, into 25 lots for single-family residential development.  The proposal also includes an internal access road, stormwater infrastructure, open space, and frontage improvements along 132nd Street SE.  Access to the site would be provided via 23rd Lane SE, which provides access to the existing adjacent Crestview Village residential development.

  The Binding Site Plan application proposes the construction of an approximate 90,400 square foot, three-story self-storage facility with associated parking areas, utility infrastructure, landscaping, stormwater facilities, and frontage improvements on the 3.60 acre parcel.

Kazziep Short Plat
  A Preliminary Short Plat application to subdivide 0.82 acres into three single-family residential lots.  Access to the residential lots will be from a single private drive connecting to 27th Drive SE.  The proposal will be retaining and relocating the existing home and constructing associated storm drainage and other utilities to serve the three proposed homes.  

Mill Creek Boulevard Subarea Plan
 

The City Council has directed staff to work with a Steering Committee appointed by the Council and a consultant hired by the City (Otak Engineering) to prepare a Subarea Plan for the Mill Creek Boulevard subarea.  The subarea is approximate 190 acres in size and is situated generally between the Town Center on the north and just south of 164th Street SE on the south.  The purpose of the subarea plan is to prepare for the eventual redevelopment of the Mill Creek Boulevard Corridor, which is an important north-south transportation corridor located in the heart of Mill Creek.  Subscribe to this newsletter if you would like to receive periodic updates on the project and notification of upcoming public meetings and workshops when they are scheduled.

A Binding Site Plan application for a mixed-use development comprised of ten buildings on approximately 17 acres.  The proposed development consists of 382 residential units (356 apartment units and 26 live/work units) totaling approximately 344,720 square feet. Proposed commercial space totals approximately 68,600 square feet of retail space and 16,600 square feet of medical offices. This development includes a total of 1,119 parking stalls (472 surface spaces and 647 spaces in parking garages), along with stormwater facilities, public plazas and open spaces with landscaping and walking paths.  Wetland buffer reduction off set by mitigation resulting in a regional benefit is proposed on and off site.  Access to the site will from a new public road connection to 132nd Street SE (SR 96) at the si
