City of Mill Creek Seeks Volunteer to Serve on Civil Service Commission

The City of Mill Creek's Civil Service Commission has one vacancy that will expire April 30, 2022. The commission is responsible to provide for, formulate and hold competitive tests to determine the relative qualifications of persons who seek employment for civil service positions and certify eligibility lists; to hear and determine appeals or complaints regarding Civil Service examinations; and to maintain and approve Civil Service regulations in compliance with State law.

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 3 p.m. at Mill Creek City Hall South, 15728 Main St. Attendance at additional special meetings may be required. To be eligible for this commission, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, resident of the City of Mill Creek for at least one year immediately preceding appointment to the commission and registered to vote in Snohomish County.
