The end of Summer is just around the corner (Sept. 4th), but there's still plenty of  time to enjoy the remainder of Summer as we head into Fall. Here are some city updates worth reading.

Although the Resident Portal is pretty new, we've recently added some updates, so check it out at millcreekwa.gov/resident.

What's New?
If you didn't get one of our awesome Resident Portal Fridge Magnets that were sent out this Spring, come down to City Hall and pick some up.

City Highlights and Recreation Guide The Fall edition of Mill Creek Living Magazine will be in mailboxes the 1st week or September. In this issue you'll find all of our programs including ballet, soccer, baseball, flag
 football, martial arts, Bollywood dancing, robotics, pickleball, art, and Legos camps. Learn more and register at millcreekwa.gov/recreation.

Trunk or Treat is returning to Mill Creek Town Center on Tuesday October 31st! More details coming soon on how to participate or sponsor a trunk. Our Veteran's Day Parade is also returning once again on Friday November 10th, so save those dates. Learn more at millcreekwa.gov/events

Be a part of our new volunteer program lead by our Volunteer Coordinator Barb Heidel! We have several programs to choose from.
Adopt-A-Street - trash pickup in and around Mill Creek
Geocache Ambassadors - Help keep our caches maintained
Boards & Commissions - Arts, Parks, planning, and more.

Play & Learn
This free program for children from birth thru age five hosted by Everett Public Schools starts back up at City Hall North every Wednesday & Thursday from 10:30 a.m. till 12 noon starting Sept. 20th until Nov. 30th. This class is for parents or caregivers to have fun playing together, creating art, listening to stories and singing songs! everettsd.org/PlayandLearn

Resident Portal Survey
We recently hosted a poll on the Resident Portal asking, "How do you stay informed on city happenings and events". We had 141 votes with the following results:
