Class meets on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 5:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. (except Memorial Day) with graduation scheduled for June 12, 2023.

What we offer:
The Mill Creek Police Department is offering a 5-week Police Citizens Academy for anyone who is interested in learning more about police operations and procedures. Participants will get a first-hand look at the work of Mill Creek Police and the ways they serve our community. Each week, officers will share insights into their work. Past topics have included:  
  • SWAT
  • Photo
  • Criminal Law
  • Patrol Procedures
  • Police Records
  • Police Support Officer
  • School Resource Officer
  • Traffic Enforcement
  • K9
  • Criminal Investigations

There is no cost for this program, but applicants must be 18 years of age or older, fill out a registration form, and be able to pass a basic criminal history check.
