A mixed-use development comprised of ten buildings on approximately 17 acres. The proposed development consists of 382 residential units (356 apartment units and 26 live/work units) totaling approximately 344,720 square feet. Proposed commercial space totals approximately 68,600 square feet of retail space and 16,600 square feet of medical offices. This development includes a total of 1,119 parking stalls (472 surface spaces and 647 spaces in parking garages), along with stormwater facilities, public plazas and open spaces with landscaping and walking paths. Access to the site will a new public road connection to 132nd Street SE (SR 96) at the signalized intersection at 39th Avenue SE. The Hearing Examiner issued a Decision on June 3, 2019.
