Every year, usually during January and February, the Surface Water Utility creates a new Stormwater Management Plan for activities in the calendar year ahead. This annual plan is required by the Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit issued to the City of Mill Creek.
Before we can submit a new year's plan to the Washington State Department of Ecology, however, we invite the public to provide comments on a draft shared on the city website.
In order to be considered for this draft SWMP, all comments and questions must be received in writing by Mill Creek no later than April 28, 2023. Public comments and questions received by that deadline will be included in the final version of this SWMP.
Public comments and questions can be offered one of three ways:
